The apartment was spacious. It included a huge living room. A dedicated workspace was also available. the mini kitchen was great.
the noise insulation from the street was poor. i stayed on a saturday night, and there was significant noise. the noise from the street prevented a good night's sleep. the noise went on until after 3:30am.

the location provided easy access to key attractions. the spacious accommodation included everything needed for a comfortable stay. a q-park was conveniently located next door, with a 25% discount through the hotel (a great perk for those driving).
the cleanliness was not up to par, especially since the room service request was ignored and misinterpreted as a 'do not disturb' request. i found this quite upsetting .

The hotel's location was excellent. I found many restaurants and bars nearby. the apartment i stayed in was quite large and comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything i needed for my two-night stay. the bathroom featured a powerful shower, and the staff were very nice to me.
The rooms did not have soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms all night.

The suite was large. It contained everything necessary. The location is amazing. It is right next to Merchant Square. Carla at reception was lovely. She was helpful when ordering a taxi.
The room was too hot during the night, and the window would not open.
